Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges on any of our items. We take extra care in handling each one of our items before shipment, we do a thorough inspection ensuring that all orders meet our quality standards.

We do not ship any orders until they have passed our inspection, this ensures that we are only sending the highest quality of goods. However, If for any reason there is a fault with your order and the product is unworn, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If in any case we do accept a return/ exchange the customer will be responsible for any postal charges. All labels must be attached and the item must be in the same condition for a refund/ exchange to be accepted.
